Smart Dashboard
Purpose: Central command center for trade management. Shows EA state, trading mode, quick controls, and high-level metrics.
Primary Controls:
TC (Trade Control) Button: cycles AUTO β MANAGE β PAUSED
Controls whether the EA trades automatically or you trade manually
Manual Trade Buttons: Visible in MANAGE mode only
BUY and SELL buttons appear when you switch to manual trading mode
Entry Mode Toggle: cycles CANDLE / SWING / LINES
Changes how you place entries on the chart
Order Type Toggle: toggles Pending (PO) vs Market (MO) entry
Choose between instant execution or pending orders
Layout Controls:
Minimize/Maximize button - collapses or expands all panels
Theme switcher - changes dashboard color scheme
Hide/Show Performance - toggles performance metrics display
Rearrange Windows - organizes panels in stacked or cascaded layouts
Clear Chart Objects - removes visual markers and lines from chart
Dashboard States & Behavior:
AUTO: EA runs its signal orchestration and opens trades automatically. Manual trade buttons are hidden.
MANAGE: EA will not auto-open trades; manual buy/sell buttons and entry UI are active to let you place or manage trades.
PAUSED: Trading logic paused; UI still visible for review but order execution disabled.
Persistence & Positioning:
Your dashboard settings, panel positions, and preferences are automatically saved between sessions
Layout adjusts automatically when you change screen resolution
Quick Tips:
To manage manual trades created outside BananaEA, set Magic = 0 (Trade Management Mode). See
trade-management-mode.mdfor details.When switching from AUTO to MANAGE, the dashboard shows immediate access to manual controls; switching back returns to automated signal processing.
